The MUS Sustainability Network together with Net Impact are bringing you a professional panel with a unique focus on sustainable careers. Speakers from various companies will be coming out to talk about their jobs and career paths as well as giving advice on how to get into the industry.

BOSTON, Sep. 20- Worsening weather in a warming world poses a growing risk to the financial stability of insurance companies and has broad ramifications for the economy and society, according to a new report.
NEW YORK, Sep. 20- Last week L’Oréal was named among a select group of corporations in the Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) Carbon Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI) for its leading practices in the data management of carbon emissions. L’Oréal was one of six companies recognized in the consumer staples category and the only beauty company to achieve this distinction. L’Oréal has reported its emissions to CDP since 2003, but this is the first time for the organization to be commended for its disclosures.

VICTORIA – British Columbia has already begun profiting from the Province’s investment in establishing a low carbon economy, and there is a wealth of future economic opportunities for BC in global carbon markets, according to two new reports. The first report offers an economic analysis showing how BC’s investment in offsets is supporting jobs and generating revenues, and the second report shows a future path forward beyond BC’s borders.
SAN JOSE, Calif., Sep. 05- Cisco (NASDAQ: CSCO) -- Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Clara and San Mateo Counties unveiled its new Cypress Center at 4001 North First Street today, which nearly doubles the Food Bank's operating space. The addition of the new building, coupled with a retooled produce distribution model and streamlined operations, will enable Second Harvest to distribute significantly more, and fresher, food to the community.
