Feeling under the weather? We love this tip from Martha Stewart: Hang a bundle of eucalyptus from your shower curtain rod. When you shower the heat will bring out the plant's essential oils which are known to provide relief for colds, sinus infections and respiratory issues. Eucalyptus also has excellent antibacterial properties which is why it's often used in hygiene products and a highly recommended essential oil.
