My friends think I am a little over the top with my anti-plastic bags passion- None would dare to use a plastic bag in front of me. I collect reusable bags and pass them out to anyone that is too cheap to buy one. I give them to people in the grocery store, I make loud remarks about people who don’t take reusable bags to the store, I have signed every petition for taxing plastic bags and still, despite all the press, the availability of reusable bags to purchase and for free, they still waft in the breezes, are in the streets and it makes me angry.
