Adventures of a Four Green Steps Trike Trekker

At Four Green Steps, we are so lucky to have customers that keep in touch after their purchases and keep us updated on how much they are enjoying them! Here’s the story of one of our favourites right now: Lynne. For most people, tricycles bring up memories of childhood biking and glittery streamers, but the Belize Bicycle Tri-Rider is anything but childish. Lynne from Verrado, Arizona discovered that on her shiny new red 24’’ Deluxe Trike. She has been keeping Four Green Steps up to date of her Arizona adventures with pictures of her outings on her new wheels.

Lynne’s ride, complete with personalized license plate, has taken her to Founder’s Park, which boasts palm tree-lined Spanish colonial architecture with a splash pad for children and Hillcrest Park, bordered by desert mountains where she escaped the 115^oF weather by riding downhill on her 6-speed trike. Other trips have included one to Poet’s Park, a garden with beautiful quotes engraved on plates around the path amongst the vegetation and another to the dedication of a fire station where a photographer snapped pictures of her on her trike for the local newspaper.

Lynne’s purchase has also allowed her to meet many new people; other trike owners as well people interested in buying their own after seeing her cruise around on hers, always sporting her L.A Dodgers baseball cap. With 50 local parks to discover in her town, Lynne is excited to ride to all of them:”I’ve been riding the bike just about every day! What a great, smooth ride! I love it!”

Memorable moments from Lynn’s treks include bumping into a giant lizard (just a statue of one thankfully!) and witnessing a fellow tricycle rider on an intricate bike disguised as a Roman gladiator horse carriage.
