As technology continues to progress and the lifespan of consumer electronics continues to shorten, there is a significant problem that society is left to ponder: e-waste. The steady influx of new technologies being adopted by more people presents the challenge of what to do with the old electronics. It would be naïve to think the problems caused by these obsolete electronics stop with the country producing the waste or that it is a contained problem. The infographic below explores the shrinking product cycles of electronic devices, the mounting challenge of hazardous e-waste, and how various governments, schools and professionals are becoming involved.

The standard treatment for migraines is what is also used for headaches, fevers, and aches and pains. These are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). This category of drugs includes ibuprofen (Motrin), acetaminophen (Tylenol) and Naproxen sodium (Aleve). While these drugs are usually effective, they have some side effects that many people would want to avoid. If you have an ulcer or are genetically predisposed towards getting them, NSAIDs can exacerbate this problem and give you an ulcer. These drugs are also not the best for your liver. If they are taken at the proper dosage, you should be fine, but many people do not know the risks or downplay them and take more than directed. So if you want to go the natural route, try some of these home remedies.
