Athlete’s Vegetable Juice

Ingredients:

  • 3 tomatoes
  • 4-5 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1/3 English cucumber
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1/3 of a small beet
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 clove garlic (optional)
  • 1 pinch of sea salt

 

Directions:

  1. Juice the vegetables and pour into a large glass.
  2. Add a pinch of sea salt and stir well.
  3. Serve.
