Ingredients:
- 3 tomatoes
- 4-5 romaine lettuce leaves
- 1/3 English cucumber
- 1 stalk celery
- 1/3 of a small beet
- 2 medium carrots
- 1 clove garlic (optional)
- 1 pinch of sea salt
Directions:
- Juice the vegetables and pour into a large glass.
- Add a pinch of sea salt and stir well.
- Serve.
