 What do we need:
- 2 cups kale, stalks removed
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup water
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 small banana frozen
- 1/2 c frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp psyllium husk
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)
Steps:
- Combine ingredients in a
blender and puree until smooth.
