Ingredients:
- 1/2 c Silk unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 c blueberries, frozen
- 2 cups spinach (preferably organic)
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tbsp chia seed
- 1 tbsp psyllium husk
- 1/2 scoop protein (life’s basics unsweetened)
- pinch NuNaturals stevia powder
Directions:
- Combine ingredients except chia seeds in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Sprinkle with chia seeds and sip away!
