Ingredients (serves 2):
- 300g shell pasta, cooked
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1½ teaspoon dried chilli flake, or to taste
- salt to taste
- freshly chopped spring onion (optional), for garnish
- some roasted sesame seed (optional), for garnish
Directions:
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Stir fry the garlic for 1 minute.
- Throw in the shell pasta and season to taste with salt and dried chilli flake.
- Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with spring onion and sesame seeds.
- Serve immediately.
