Ingredients:

• 1 cup plain yogurt (I prefer the unsweetened kind)
• 1 tbsp honey (or more to taste)
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp ground flax seeds
• 1 apple, sliced

Just mix it all up and enjoy!
