Strawberry Tofu Dessert

Ingredients (serves 2 -3):

• 1 pack silken tofu (300g)
• 200g strawberries, chopped
• sugar to taste

Directions:

1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Serve chilled.
