Quick & Easy Gluten-Free Vegan Brownie Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 cup rice flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup sunflower oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350
- Sift together all dry ingredients. Slowly stir in sunflower oil and vanilla.
- Mix in chocolate chips
- Bake 16-20 minutes. Let cool for 1 hour so they have time to settle.
- Enjoy!
