Creamy Zucchini and Asparagus Salad

What do we need:

  • 1 zucchini (grated)
  • 20 asparagus spears (steamed and cut into bite sized pieces)
  • 1/3 cup Green Goddess Dressing (with dill added in the recipe)
  • 2 heaping tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together.
  • Place in fridge for a few hours to let it “marinate” a bit.
