What do we need:
- 1 zucchini (grated)
- 20 asparagus spears (steamed and cut into bite sized pieces)
- 1/3 cup Green Goddess Dressing (with dill added in the recipe)
- 2 heaping tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
- Pinch of Celtic Sea Salt
Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Place in fridge for a few hours to let it “marinate” a bit.
