Ingredients:
Salad
- 1/2 pkg (4oz) tofu shreds
- 1/2 red bell pepper, sliced thinly
Dressing
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- juice of one lime (approx 2 Tbsp)
- 1/4 tsp fresh grated ginger
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions:
- Toss to combine all ingredients except sesame seeds.
- Serve garnished with sesame seeds.
