Ingredients:
- 1 cup of boiled or fried soft-medium tofu
- 1/2 cup of shredded carrots
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 1 cup of green peppers
- 2 cups macaroni, cooked
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 cup of mayonaise or salad dressing
- 2 cloves of crushed garlic
- salt and pepper
Directions:
- Prepare and gather all ingredients.
- Add all of the ingredients together in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper last, to taste.
- Chill 2 hours before serving.
