- 1 package frozen cheese or spinach tortellini
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup honey mustard
- 1 cans of rinsed/ drained black beans
- 2 cups of grated mozzarella cheese (or vegan alternative!)
- 1 cup of grape tomatoes
- Cook tortellini, let cool.
- Melt cheese and mix it on top of the tortellini as well as other wet ingredients, followed by solid ingredients.
- Chill, serve, enjoy!
