Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb of Tofu (crumbled or sliced)
- 1/4 cup of chopped onions
- 2 tbsp of dijon mustard
- Handful on baby spinach/and or lettuce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- Your choice of bread: gluten-free, whole wheat, bagel? Versatile.
Directions:
