Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup brick drained, firm tofu
- 4 T of vegan mayonnaise
- 2 T of dijon mustard
- 2 pinches of dill and/or parsley
Directions:
- Chop up tofu as small as possible and mash.
- Mix in ingredients and serve on whole wheat or vegan bread.
