Ingredients (use vegan versions):

  • vegan mayo
  • tomato slices
  • vegan bacon bits
  • lettuce
  • 2 slices of bread

Directions:
  1. Toast the bread and spread as much vegan mayo as you want on the slices of bread.
  2. Add the vegan bacon bits, I recommend putting them right on top of the vegan mayo so you have a chance of them actually staying on the sandwich.
  3. Add the lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy.


Makes: 1 serving, Preparation time: 2 minutes
