Ingredients (use vegan versions):
- vegan mayo
- tomato slices
- vegan bacon bits
- lettuce
- 2 slices of bread
Directions:
- Toast the bread and spread as much vegan mayo as you want on the slices of bread.
- Add the vegan bacon bits, I recommend putting them right on top of the vegan mayo so you have a chance of them actually staying on the sandwich.
- Add the lettuce and tomatoes and enjoy.
