 What do we need:
- 4-6 large tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1 bell pepper of any color
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 1 clove garlic
- juice of 1 lemon
- small bunch of fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon black pepper (add to taste)
- 1 teaspoon salt (add to taste)
Steps:

Thoroughly wash all veggies first.

Then, place the tomatoes in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.

Then chop the rest of the veggies in the blender/food processor or by hand and add to tomatoes.

Finally, stir the veggies with the salt and pepper and lemon juice.

For best results, chill in the fridge for at least one hour before serving. This allows the flavors to mingle with each other nicely.
