- Wash vegetables.

- Scoop out the flesh of the tomatoes.
- Dice the pepper.
- Cut the avocado and the feta cheese into small chunks.
- Cut the olives into halves.
- Mix the chopped tomato tops, tomato flesh, diced pepper, corn, olives, feta cheese, and avocado.
- Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Stuff tomatoes with the mix.
- Enjoy.
