With all orders, customers will receive a Certificate of Analysis (COA), Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS), Allergen & GMO Certificate. Customers are advised to keep this documentation that is included in the packing list.

The product should be opened immediately after the package and documentation has been inspected. The material should be removed from the original plastic bag and stored in a glass container or plastic container with preferably a screw top lid. All products should be kept at room temperature and out of direct sunlight.

Scientific names of herbs often change. It is highly likely that you receive the herb from a different species or genera than you expect. Please request to see the COA of this product before purchasing as any return is subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be re-imbursed.
