This product was developed for Molson, a 14 year old Golden Retriever who suffered from hip dysplasia as well as spinal nerve damage. During walks, Molson’s hid quarters would sink, and he would often fall. Surgery was ruled out by the vet due to his age so several supports available on the market at that time were tested out, but none gave Molson the support and comfort he needed. It took a year to refine the prototype for the Hip Hammock and now it’s available for you and your dog!

The Hip Hammock will support your dog’s joints and muscles. After a few days, your dog will be walking more upright, be more sure footed (pawed?), and will be strong since the Hip Hammock allows your pet to relax and stand simultaneously. The Hip Hammock can also provide support for your dog’s front legs and shoulders.
