After it is rejected by the auto makers it is taken to Knoxville TN, then shipped the webbing to one of our 2 factories, the Dominican Republic or China where they are assembled. Zippers are YKK made in USA, the feet and lining from China. Made according to fair trade principles in China and stringent labor standards. The Dominican Republic factory is WRAP certified.
