Instructions: For adults, Start with one (1) capsule daily, build up to two (2) to six (6) capsules per day. Should be taken with 8 oz. of water in the morning hours. Guaranteed free of yeast, wheat, gluten, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, soy, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg. per serving).
