Safecoat Hard Seal is a multi-use, clear gloss sealer especially formulated to provide mar resistance to both low and high porosity surfaces. Because it forms a continuous membrane when applied properly it is particularly effective at sealing in any pollution or toxic chemical compounds outgassing from the surface to which it is applied. This water -based sealant works on wood, vinyl, wallboard, and wallpaper, fine furniture and painted surfaces. Products have a fine finish and durability and are free of toxicity and VOCS when dry. Furniture sealants are best applied outside or with good ventilation to allow an hour or two for drying . 3 coats are suggested to seal in resins or other fumes from new floors or furniture and to give a fine gloss finish. 3 coats required.
