Shipping Policy

How much is shipping?

After you give us your shipping address, we will present you with shipping options and prices. We need to know your address in order to tell you how much it will cost.

Different vendors calculate their shipping costs differently. Some vendors offer free shipping, others charge flat rates, and some vendors need to charge the live rates using the UPS (or if applicable, USPS) calculators. To know how much your shipping is going to cost, you'll need to check out your cart with your address information, or you can ask us for a quote by getting in touch with us.

In rare instances, there may be additional shipping charges for orders containing heavy merchandise that is very expensive to ship (e.g. mattresses or items bought in bulk). If additional shipping charges are applicable, we will contact you before your order is processed to inform you of the additional charges.

 

How can I be eligible for free shipping?

A few of our vendors do offer free shipping if your order for them is above a certain amount. The amount varies by vendor, and free shipping is only offered on orders being shipped to the United States with standard delivery. If you are placing an order for multiple vendors at the same time, you'll have to order enough from each vendor to qualify for free shipping on your total order.

Please note that free shipping might not apply to exceptionally heavy products that are sold by the above vendors. In case additional shipping charges do apply, we will contact you before your order is shipped to inform you of the additional charges that will apply.



When will I get my order?

As soon as your payment has cleared our security checks and it has been approved, the vendor gets notified about the order within one business day. The vendor ships out the order within 3-5 business days, and it takes 5-10 additional working days for the order to be delivered, depending on the distance that the package needs to travel. These are approximate times as it varies by vendor, and many orders are delivered faster than the estimates suggest.

Note that weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days, and that some vendors' offices are also closed on Fridays. We do not guarantee orders will be delivered on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on weekends, national holidays or after 2PM EST on weekdays will be processed the next business day. Please contact us if you would like an update on where your package is, or if you would like to be given your tracking number.

We try our best to keep the inventory on our website up-to-date everyday, but it can be a challenge to maintain over tens of thousands of listings! If for some reason your order is delayed, we will contact you directly with the details. If the item that you ordered is not available, we will contact you to ask if you would like to replace the item with a close substitute, or we will issue you a full refund. Your satisfaction is very important to us, and our customer service team will work deligently to ensure that your shopping experience is a positive one. Customers who experience hiccups with their orders will be given private discounts on their next order with Four Green Steps.


Do you ship to my country?

We have vendors based in both the US and in Canada, and most of them ship to both countries, although there are some exceptions (most notably on bulk items).

Please note that due to border control regulations, our vendors based in the US cannot always ship herb products and/or health supplements to you if you are based in Canada. 

Some of our vendors ship overseas. For international shipping rates, please contact us.


Can shipping and billing addresses be different?

Yes, they can!

If you are calling to inquire about a specific product, please have in handy the name and the SKU number of the product you are interested in to help us serve you better.

If you have already placed an order and are calling to ask for updates, please refer to your order id number which is listed in the confirmation email you received when you placed the order.
