What is your commission?
Four Green Steps takes 15% of the total order price (including shipping costs).
How do I get paid?
We pay you through PayPal and we absorb the transaction processing fees.
When do I get paid?
We remit your payment (less our commission) 30 days after the tracking number for your order becomes viable.

How should I charge customers for shipping?
We can set up your shipping rates in several different ways, depending on your needs. The most common ways that vendors charge for standard delivery are:

For vendors based in the United States, we also offer the option of using a live UPS calculator which charges customers real-time shipping rates. The calculator takes into account the product's weight and the distance it will have to travel to get from you to the customer.
Can I offer faster delivery methods?
You can also offer expedited shipping rates, e.g. overnight, second-day, or three-day shipping. Simply let us know what to charge for each delivery option and we will set that up for you.
Can I ship only to a country of my choice?
Yes, you can choose to only ship to the United States, or only to Canada, or to both. You can also offer international shipping for overseas customers if you want to - just tell us what rates to charge for the different regions and we will set it up for you.
Do I have to ship with UPS?
Please note that you are not obligated to use any specific carrier, but please ship with a tracking number. We cannot process payment to you without a viable tracking number. Even if you choose to use the UPS calculator to estimate your shipping charges, you can choose to ship with any carrier of your choice.
What if I can't ship an order?
You are expected to ship any order that comes in within 3 business days of the date the order was placed. If the item the customer purchased is on backorder, please inform our orders department about the delay immediately and we will contact the customer on your behalf.

Refund management
We will manage and process any refunds or charge backs to your account. Your return policy takes precedence over the Four Green Steps return policy. If you do not specify your return policy when setting up your account, then the Four Green Steps policy will be enforced.
Four Green Steps allows customers to return their purchases for any reason within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs). If the return is being made due to a mistake in their order, the customer will be refunded for the original shipping, and you will also be asked to cover the cost of the customer’s return shipping.

How our drop-ship program works:
1. Register and activate your account

When registering, you all need to provide is your company name, address, details on how we should charge customers for sales taxes and shipping costs, and finally, your return policy. It's that simple! Your account will be set up for you and activated within 1-2 business days.
You can upload your listings yourself, or if you provide our team with all the necessary information, we can upload your products for you, free of charge.
When a customer buys your product and payment is secured by us, you will be alerted about the order via email. The email will contain the buyer's name, address, and the details about the item(s) they purchased.
As soon as you ship the order to the customer, log into your merchant account and enter the tracking number in the order details page. You will be paid 14 calendar days after you enter a viable tracking number for your order.
